Digital products
We want our guides and toolkits to be genuinely useful — that’s the whole point. If you purchase a digital product and it isn’t useful to you, email us at hello@alderops.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops. It helps us (but isn’t required) if you tell us what fell short, so we can make the products better.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Abuse of this policy — repeated purchase-and-refund patterns — may result in refusal of future refunds or orders.
Free resources
Free downloads are free; there’s nothing to refund. Enjoy them.
Consulting services
Consulting engagements are governed by the payment and cancellation terms in your engagement agreement, not this policy.
