Privacy Policy

AlderOps · Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Alder Ops, LLC, doing business as AlderOps (“we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit alderops.com (the “Site”), download our free resources, or purchase our digital products.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you download a free guide, join our email list, purchase a product, or contact us, we collect your name (if provided), email address, and, for purchases, billing information. Payment details are processed by our payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to collect standard usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser and device type, and approximate location (city level). This helps us understand what content is useful.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the products and resources you request; send the emails you signed up for (guides, tips, and occasional offers — you can unsubscribe any time with one click); process payments and send receipts; respond when you contact us; and improve the Site and our products through aggregate analytics. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to run the Site, each of which processes data only to provide their service to us: Squarespace (website hosting and forms), Klayvio (email delivery), Stripe (payments and product delivery), and Google Analytics / Squarespace Analytics (site analytics). Each provider maintains its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies (required for the Site to function) and analytics cookies (optional). You can manage optional cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Site functionality.

Your rights

Depending on your state or country, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@alderops.com — we’ll respond within 15 days. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — email subscribers until they unsubscribe; purchase records as required for tax and accounting. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
